TRX Suspension Training allows complex training with ones own body weight, which integrates everyday and sport-specific movement patterns. At the center of the course is the core of the body. Next to sporting ambitions, fun and the joint achievement of goals are central themes of the course. The controllability and easy dosing of the exercises, mean that this course is suitable for all fitness levels.
